Summary: Hotel is lovely ! Checking in staff where great the lobby bar where nice people but they need more training not their fault We dined in the restaurant the food was poor I didn’t eat my main the steak was not good staff where efficient but they didn’t seemed at all bothered that our table of four didn’t eat all the food This is the 2 nd time we’ve stayed here but will not be back because of the good

Summary: The hotel & its facilities are very good, but could be excellent. One gets the feeling that only French speaking guests are welcome, most staff don’t have even a basic understanding of English and don’t want to assist. The hotel boasts 51 TV channels, but none cater for international sport.

Summary: the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully renovated old military hospital, high ceilings, sympathetic materials, amazing glazed lobby, most beautiful spa i have seen for a long time. The town is quite nice but nothing very special, had few drinks in the lovely square which was nice. Art museum was closed till 2024? and townhall under renovation.
